Buyer reviewI have been working with Madison for the past three years. She connected me with a realtor in Virginia when I bought out there. Though I thought I was going to stay out there for some time. However, I happened to find a location back in Washington state that checked every box that I wanted for my retirement home. Despite the fact that eastern Washington was her primary client base focal point, she was able to get from Spokane to Tacoma, negotiate my purchase, and ensure that everything was completed in a timely manner while I was still out of state. She was easily accessible and available to help with all of the details while I was driving from Virginia to Washington state. I appreciate her diligence to details and her consideration of my lack of availability to immediately answer questions and would highly recommend her to anyone interested in purchasing a home both near and far.

Buyer reviewThis was my third attempt at buying a house. I got overwhelmed twice before and quit. On this attempt I used a new realtor. I met with the Madison and Patricia and warned them I was easily overwhelmed before and would likely need a good deal of patience. I felt heard and understood. They made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I was never rushed or pushed. They held my hand through the whole thing and answered all my questions. At times, I would reach out after panicking about all the details. They were always willing to talk and reassure me throughout the entire process. There were no surprises and I felt like they advocated for me. From the time I meet with them until the day I closed was only two months. It was a stressful experience (because buying a house is stressful) but an incredibly positive experience. I would use them again and again and will recommend them to anyone looking to buy.

Buyer reviewMadison was available to answer any questions whenever the need arose. As my husband and I were living out of town, she previewed a house for us and discussed a long close of escrow in advance of the property viewing as she was aware of our need to close almost 90 days out. She was there to write an offer with short notice and was able to negotiate several items in the house into the transaction. She worked with the builder and my family to be present for multiple inspections during our absence. She is so professional yet also friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. We would not be in our new house without her help and guidance.
