Buyer reviewWe were buying from out-of-state and Mandy was phenomenal in every way. She coordinated weekly video tours of open houses and helped us make timely bids in an extremely difficult market for buyers. She was very knowledgeable about both geography and construction, which was especially useful since we could not be physically present when viewing houses. To help get our offer accepted, she voluntary reduced her own commission. Even after closing, Mandy continues to act as our agent in coordinating our cross-country move and transition. I can't recommend Mandy enough.
