Seller reviewManisha Mohite had come in 2022 to drop her card as a cold call and I had casually mentioned I may rent the home if I my daughter chooses out of state college and if I choose to move with her. She promptly followed thru, but was not in my top list as I had mentally decided to go with the agent from whom I bought the house originally seven years back due to their fabulous staging. But Manisha persisted and persisted and there was not a moment I regretted. And that compliment comes from someone who believes and demands strong work ethic. I can stress people just by how formal, documented and thorough I am that every single commit is recorded and shared back. But at the end I felt none of that was necessary. She commits only what she can deliver and stays true to it - every word of it. Most importantly, She brings her entire ecosystem including certified experts to the fore to drive a closure and stands firm & fair for both buyer & seller.
