Buyer reviewI did not really "select" a broker since the house was a foreclosure and the bank selected her. I was lucky to have Margaret. I live half-way across the country from the house I bought so Margaret was essential to making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. She explained every step of the process and always responded quickly to my numerous questions. She was patient with me, my insecurities, and my lack of knowledge about the process. Margaret held my hand every step of the way through this long-distance home purchase. I felt she advocated for me even though she was hired by the bank.
