This is a testimonial of a high recommendation for Real Estate Agent Marguerite Pate. She assisted me with the sale of my childhood home which was very emotional for me. My parents built that home when I was 2 years old, on land that was owned by my maternal grandfather. The decision to sell was not easy and it was not an easy task. I have known Marguerite personally for over 40 years. Her qualities, knowledge and integrity make her an exceptional Real Estate Agent. But also her ability to empathize with my situation made it so much more bearable. Words can't describe her professionalism, patience and knowledge within the industry. Marguerite has integrity and is very conscientious and tenacious, and she always kept my best interests in mind and at heart. My transaction was small compared to the size of transactions I'm sure Marguerite normally handles, however she treated me with the same professionalism, integrity, and respect that one would expect for a very large transaction.

Marguerite Pate was my realtor for a few months starting in March of 2023 and she helped guide me through a stressful time of my life and helped me find a nice place for me and my children. It was a long process but Marguerite made it much easier for me. Any question I had, she'd give an answer and then some. Even after closing and signing, I'm still able to reach out to her with my concerns and questions and she'd still answer. I'd recommend her because I now know a lot about her and I know she's really helpful and gets things done. She was empathetic when the moving got rough and helped relate to me. I'd definitely recommend her to anyone I know who needs help buying/selling.

In summary, Marguerite was more than excellent in helping us sell our property. There were times when we thought that the problems were insurmountable and that the sale was going to fall apart. But with her smart problem solving skills and geniune care, she got the job done! 5 out of 5 stars. Highly recommended!!!
