Seller reviewMaria and Dan were exceptional throughout the process of the sale of our first home. They were very knowledgeable from when we were first presented the market analysis .. they were patient with us while waiting for us to give the go ahead to list the property.. when we gave the green light they presented us with how the property was going to be marketed as there were tenants in the property that had a young family and animals causing a requirement for limited schedulings.. The property went live on a Sunday evening and we did best and final the following week. There were multiple offers on the property. Dan and Maria presented the 3 best which helped with our decision making. They really did an extraordinary job and would refer them to any friend or family member in the future and will def being using them again when the time is right to sell our forever home.
