Seller reviewI live in La Grange TX and the home at 307 Tammy was for my son. I had not lived in the home so each step of the contract process and inspection revealed problems that I was not aware of. Maria Berumen patiently walked me through these issues. She got quotes for repair and gave me guidance on cost of repair vs sale price. She maintained the property and on one occasion checked for problems during an extended winter freeze. She communicated frequently via email/messenger/phone and saved me many trips to the property. We were able to get a good price for the home while saving me additional expenses. I can't thank her enough for her dedicated support. I would recommend Maria Berumen and Century 21 Scott Myers Realty.
