I highly recommend Maria Kriesel to anyone looking to buy! She was extremely professional and helpful 100% of the time. As first time home buyers, we were a little uneasy and unsure about the whole process. Maria was with us every step of the way and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Her response time is almost immediate, and she always found the answer to all our questions, even if it didn't necessarily fall under her directly. I met Maria through a mutual friend. After she mentioned she was a real estate agent I brought up my plan to move and sell my house. She recommended being my agent. We discussed her background and Century 21. Her helpful and concerned attitude really peaked my interest and gave me a lot of confidence in her. Her dedication at church and sincerity also made me want to use her as my broker having had a bad house sale experience in my past. Every aspect of the preparations and sale of my property were handled in an excellent and professional way by Maria. She came over initially to give me a market analysis a full year in advance. After considering not selling I made my decision to sell partially due to the fact that Maria was so fantastic. Selling a house is so daunting but she helped me get over my fear by presenting things in a super knowledgeable and professional manner. She was there to help and responded to any questions quickly and go over and beyond any real estate agent I've ever heard of or used myself. She's amazing. She knows so much and her real estate expertise was so helpful throughout the process. On several occasions she listened and was sincerely concerned when personal issues that came up during the sale. She always got back to me promptly. She's someone you can totally trust. Also, she advocated for me during the selling process and negotiation process working out complicated issues like radon and termites cooperatively with a very wary buyer. She really worked hard to work out all issues in my best interest. I would recommend and have already recommended Maria to several aquaintances who were having trouble selling their house. I don't know what would have happened with the sale of my house had she not been my broker. Thanks again Maria!!
