Seller reviewI interviewed 6 other brokers and found Maria to be the most honest. She had a spreadsheet of houses for sale in the area and let me decide where my house fell in the line-up, in terms of pricing, since I knew most of the homes. No fluff - solid numbers. It all made sense. I had already staged my house and asked every realtor that I interviewed for suggestions, comments, criticisms. Every one of them said the house was perfect except for Maria! She walked through the house and told me what looked dated, what to remove and then brought in her own items to re-stage the house! It looked fantastic! Maria was perfect from the day I interviewed her until the day we closed. She is the BEST! I feel so lucky to have found her.
