Buyer reviewI am a mortgage banker and work hand in hand with realtors for a living and I have never met someone like Maria! I've always been nervous for this huge transaction and hoped I would have a great agent on my side and I definitely did! Maria was always on top of everything and making sure mine and my families needs and wants were always met. She was able to assist in getting us to closing in 20 days! I can look back on buying my first home and remember it as a fun and anything but stressful process because of Maria Lacaria! :)

Plus her price for the house after looking ar comps etc. was on point and higher than what we thought we could sell it for. Seller reviewMaria has so far sold one of our homes and our acreage! And is in the process of listing our last house for sale. She has made the entire process virtually stress free and has our best interests at heart! At one point I wanted to drop the list price just to unload the burden of all of our properties but she told us to hold out for just a little bit longer and assured someone with our same heart/vision will see what we seen in the land, fall in love and pay up! And they did! I am so glad we listened to her and got every penny our home/property were worth! She will not sell herself, you the seller or the buyers short! Her heart is in it for everyone! She talks highly of her team and humbly gives them the credit! She is a gem to work with and to know/call friend! She has an amazing and vast knowledge of the real estate business and THAT is priceless when you are entrusting your home(s) to someone to sell and trust they will not sell you short or cut corner to get a deal done. She will get the deal done and often in record time! The degree of integrity that Maria just naturally possesses is admirable and inspiring! We recommend her to anyone and everyone that will listen to us talk about our experience with her and Century 21 Curran & Oberski!
