Buyer reviewMaria is a hard worker and gets to know her clients and will go out of her way to make showings and get paperwork done quickly. Maria will go the extra mile to get forms or do research for thing that clients overlook and will get the best deal for her clients. It took some time for me to find what I wanted, but Maria made sure it was what I was looking for. Maria knew the in's and out to make the deal in my favor with more discounts and more money in my pocket she knows the business and is on top of her game.

Whenever I had a question, she was able to answer it thoroughly and in terms that anybody could understand. And if she felt like I was on the short end of a deal or overlooking something, she would always bring it up for consideration whereas I might not have even noticed it. She treated me like family through the entire process, and I cannot emphasize how much that meant.

Maria made sure to address all my questions when it came to my listing price, negotiation, staging my home, and marketing the sale of my home. She also gave worse case scenario if we list to high. When it came to negotiating the contract she was very strategic with her thought process. I would definitely recommend Maria and will use her again. She made sure it was a smooth transition since I was relocating, and always asking if I needed anything. When she said she was going to be there she was! She never made me feel like I was bothering her anytime I had a question. She took a lot of stress off my plate since I was traveling between California and Texas. She made it seem like I was her only client. She was just simply amazing!!!
