Over 20 years later, when I needed to downsize and move to a place that was one floor, I had to say goodbye to a house that was filled with many memories and the site of past important occasions. After Maria visited my house and spoke to me about it, she not only wrote a very nice ad, she was mindful of my current needs, wishes and capabilities. Maria treated the property like a "home" for sale and not like just a listing. You feel like you are her one and only priority despite having multiple places she is selling. Her caring and considerate demeanor made the whole process less stressful and overall quite pleasant.
