After a phone call with Maria, we knew she was the realtor for us based on her willingness to answer in detail any and every question we had. We are first time homebuyers and Maria walked us through every step of the home buying process. My husband and I are both very inquisitive and ask a lot of questions and she made us feel like she had all the time in the world to answer our questions, as if we were her only clients. Her knowledge is unparalleled and she was able to provide accurate information in response to our inquiries. Maria always had our best interest at heart, helping us to make the best decision possible for our family. You could tell that she truly cared about us finding our perfect first home. Maria is a wonderful person to work with. She is very professional while at the same time making you feel like you are family. We so appreciated her complete honesty and willingness to be straightforward throughout the entire process. She was available almost 24/7 via text, phone call, or email. We could always count on her getting back to us right away if she was not able to take our call at that moment. Maria's professionalism & confidence with real estate topics made us feel very special that our concerns and needs were being addressed as we searched for our new home. When Maria agreed to assist us with our new home search, she has gone above and beyond finding details about a possible new home. During this endeavor, my wife and I entertained the thought of "building" our new home. Maria made it possible for us to meet all the local and specialized builders in the area to give us a realistic plan of how everything will come together and knowing exactly what my wife and I wanted in a new home. When she showed us the last home, a QBHI home, we knew this was our home. This house had all the percs we wanted and it was already built and ready to move into. Maria was always available for questions and went out of her way to make this QBHI house, our new home. It is our new home now and we can't thank Maria enough for her hard work and determination to make this purchase a reality. If anyone were to think of the perfect agent, Maria Strong will be the first person to come to mind. There are not enough character spaces to enter in all the kudos my wife and I want to say about Maria. She is a real person, a neighbor in our same community and fellow parent of the schools our children share. The other agent told me that my credit was not high enough to get qualified; however, Maria correctly knew that my score was high enough to get approved and that is how she became my agent. It pays to know the product you are selling and Maria knew her product.
