Much of my time is spent making sure I can guide you smoothly through your transaction weather it is buying a home, selling a home, investing in real estate for income, or starting a business. Let me put my 28 years of experience to work for you!
My clients: I am truly humbled by my loyal clients who put their trust in me year after year--some from their first home/business through retirement. I take delight in watching their children grow and flourish and I have been honored to support many clients during difficult life transitions.
Why I moved to Sheridan: National award-winning schools, Sheridan College, low crime, the Bighorn Mountains, No state income tax = More in your pocket to have fun.
Giving back: I contribute with my volunteer hours and my pocketbook. Over the past 25 years I have served on a full page of Nonprofit Boards and Committees serving many 1000's of hours on behalf of our community.
Why I stay: Friendly, sincere people, culture opportunities, trail systems, and community-wide philanthropy. Sheridan takes care of our people!
Favorite Sheridan Establishments: Sachets Market, Hygge Hearth, Innominate Bakery, YMCA, Jackalope, WYO Theater, Brinton Museum.
My favorite pastimes: Telemark Skiing, fly fishing, reading and general cavorting with friends.
My biggest fans: Husband- Paul, 3 Children - Alex (Marla) and Elise, Grandchildren; Seia and Niko, 2 dogs; Harper and Rosie.
Education: Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Many 100's of hours in real estate continuing education.

Buyer reviewWe were looking for someone with a reputable company, whom had a great deal of experience. Someone with knowledge of the area and were intelligent, hardworking and responsive. Marie Lowe met all this criteria and we felt comfortable with her even before we met in person having conversations on the telephone. We cannot say enough good things about Marie Lowe. Not only was she excellent in all the above aspects,(integrity, knowledge of the area, honesty, attention to detail, availability, making sure we understood all aspect of the contract, answered all questions), she went above and beyond what was required of her to make us feel comfortable. We have purchased and sold homes in Colorado, Idaho and Oregon and have never had an agent that we trusted so much, was kind, helpful and always available to us. Seller reviewMarie understands the market and my needs. She is an excellent person to work with. I put the house on the market in 2020 but it was not the year to sell a house and I took it off. The second we put the house back on the market in 2021, Marie had several potential buyers. No advertising was necessary.
