Much of my time is spent making sure I can guide you smoothly through your transaction weather it is buying a home, selling a home, investing in real estate for income, or starting a business. Let me put my 28 years of experience to work for you!
My clients: I am truly humbled by my loyal clients who put their trust in me year after year--some from their first home/business through retirement. I take delight in watching their children grow and flourish and I have been honored to support many clients during difficult life transitions.
Why I moved to Sheridan: National award-winning schools, Sheridan College, low crime, the Bighorn Mountains, No state income tax = More in your pocket to have fun.
Giving back: I contribute with my volunteer hours and my pocketbook. Over the past 25 years I have served on a full page of Nonprofit Boards and Committees serving many 1000's of hours on behalf of our community.

Favorite Sheridan Establishments: Sachets Market, Hygge Hearth, Innominate Bakery, YMCA, Jackalope, WYO Theater, Brinton Museum.
My favorite pastimes: Telemark Skiing, fly fishing, reading and general cavorting with friends.
My biggest fans: Husband- Paul, 3 Children - Alex (Marla) and Elise, Grandchildren; Seia and Niko, 2 dogs; Harper and Rosie.
Education: Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Many 100's of hours in real estate continuing education.

Buyer reviewStart to finish Marie was great. We had previously been with another agent who didn't really meet our needs as an agent. After hearing about Marie from a co-worker we got in contact with her and had a sit down meeting to get to know each other and see if we were a good match. Marie explained her process and we explained what we were looking for as far as housing and what we expected from our broker. To us, it seemed like we were a good team, and we felt like Marie understood our concerns. We had already been looking at housing in the area for more than 6 mo, and knew that we were in the hunt for a house for the long haul as we were looking for both a place to meet our needs as well as a good value. Marie understood that we were not in a hurry to just jump in the market and that it was going to be a grind. From that point forward, we really felt we had a broker out working for us to find the right house. Marie frequently sent us listings she thought would suit our needs. When a property we were interested in came on the market, Marie was able to quickly get us into the property to tour it and often the same day. Moving quickly was greatly appreciated in the market we were in as housing was going under contract quickly at times. We appreciated all that Marie did for us and the timely and professional manner in which worked with us. Over all,it was a great experience and we highly recommend Marie to our friends, family, and any others looking to buy real estate in the Sheridan area.

Seller reviewEverything went great till closing, Title Insurance Company threw us a SNUFFU when using a Power of Attorney. Marie Lowe and Victoria were very helpful and guided me through the sale and showings, I would recommend them highly for any sale of house.
