Marilyn is my Favorite Realtor I have EVER worked with! She sold our house fast in less than 2 weeks and handled everything in a professional and quick manner as promised. Marilyn Martinez REALLY Delivers! She Sold our house in less than 22 days after the last agent we had before couldn't sell it. Me & my wife would say to each other, does the girl sleep?, because she always answered our questions no matter what. Not only did she sell our house fast, she helped us find our new house very fast and always got our offers accepted and made sure everything worked out in our better interest. Marilyn is a true & genuine professional. She always made sure we understood everything that was going on and has gained our loyalty for all of our future real estate needs.
