Buyer reviewI'd recommend Marilyn to friends & family without hesitation. I bought property on the river, which came with some unique aspects that I wasn't familiar with as I'd never bought a coastal property before, so thankfully Marilyn the nuances as she's also on the river. Her local knowledge of the area (as well as knowing the surrounding neighbors), negotiation strategies, communication, fairness, professionalism & overall helpfulness made the process seamless. She really went the extra mile with protecting my interest, scheduling inspectors, getting repair quotes, and helping coordinate insurance (and helping me understand the coverages required) as they're a little different than for non-coastal properties. Marilyn's a Rockstar!
