Seller reviewMark knew the market as we were doubtful because it was Christmas time. We placed a contingency offer on a house we wanted and Mark immediately got our home on the market the next day. It hit Zillow Christmas and we had 3 showings the day after Christmas and the home sold to the first walk-thru full price and cash. Mark helped us quickly get ready for a move in 30 days. He listed the names and telephone numbers for all utilities and trash pickup, etc. We will recommend him to anyone who wants to sell or buy.

Seller reviewThe length it took to sell had nothing to do with Mark's abilities as a real estate agent. In fact, the sale may not have occurred at all if not for him being on board with us. So thankful for his guidance and perseverance. Our situation was unique and extremely complicated to navigate and Mark did it with positivity and perseverance. He most definitely kept the deal together and motivated us to soldier on. And we did it! Mark is excellent! I don't think I will ever use another agent for any buying/selling in my future.
