Seller reviewMark is a very nice man. He went through a lot of issue with the sale of our house, at no fault of his or ours. He always pointed out the positive and wouldn't let us get discouraged. He helped me, Mrs Sexton from a melt down a couple of times. We also like when we were looking for a house to buy he knew the answer to most questions and if he didn't know he made a phone call and found out. Always kept in contact with us. Mark started off as our agent and now we call him a friend and part of our family. We have already recommended him to two other couples and they were pleased. Sincerely, The Sexton Family

Buyer reviewMark was on top of everything, was there for us whenever I called him for anything. Mark went above and beyond to help us with several bumps in the road. Now we have signed a contract with Century 21 for the sale of the home that we are moving out of. Mark has been very patient with us trying to get the house ready for showings. With my husband and I working, it has been hard to get everything the way would like. Mark has offered to help in many ways. We are almost there and I am sure that Mark will work hard to get the house sold for us!
