We had very limited knowledge regarding the buying process and Mark went above and beyond to help us through every single aspect. He was incredibly patient and knowledgeable answering my dozens of text messages and unfailingly friendly and personable. We were buying a 2nd home in the Poconos and Mark made the entire process seamless and was available to us just about 24 hours a day (we texted at some strange hours since we are on the west coast). Buyer reviewMark ended up being our agent by answering questions we had had on a property. I kept asking questions and he kept answering, and this was before he even showed us any properties. I was happy to know he was so knowledgeable and patient. I also appreciated Marks honesty with everything as well. If in the future we buy another house, we will definitely ask Mark to help us out. We will recommend Century 21, especially Mark in the future to any friends and family members.

Buyer reviewHaving only purchased property in NJ, we were completely unaware how much work an agent would actually perform. In NJ, a lot of the work falls on the attorney. Mark went above and beyond for us. Given this is a second home for us and we couldn't be there a lot, Mark took it upon himself to get things done for us. We would highly recommend Mark to anyone in the future.

Very friendly and personable. I would certainly use him again. We had a lot of questions since we were buying a vacation home out of state and he helped with all of those concerns.
