They were very good at keeping us updated and was able to make this life-changing event (which to most people is stressful) both exciting and fun. They were right on top of everything and there was never a point where we felt we didn't have our questions/concerns answered. They were able to efficiently and quickly search and find properties for us to view that fit our preferences, family needs, and price range. Buyer reviewThere were so many nuances to this deal that demanded attention, but Mark Hart handled them all with precision and attention to detail. Mark Hart performed as a dual agent on the real estate transaction for both buyer and seller. As the buyer I feel unequivocally that Mark had my best interests at heart getting the best deal possible under the circumstances. And I am certain that the seller felt exactly the same as I. That kind of reaction between naturally opposing forces takes real skill and sensitivity. Lastly, Mark Hart's follow-up after the sale has been incredible. As far as I am concerned, there is nobody else in town that has the wherewithal as Century 21 and Mark Hart to successfully bring home the bacon.

Seller reviewMark Hart is simply great to work with. For instance, the market research that Mark does on every potential sale is invaluable for knowing the price point that a home should be placed on the market. Too high and the house sits on the market forever. Too low and the house is snatched-up immediately with dollars left on the table. Who could be in a better position to monitor the pulse of the city's homes that are being bought and sold as Mark who is so vigilant to notice every whim of the market? Secondly, Mark Hart performs the role of the "constant gardener" when it comes to the administration of the deal. Even though Mark happened to be out-of-town on the closing day of the sale, he was still in close communication with the seller, buyer, and title company just hours before our meeting to hammer-out some simple but important adjustments on the closing statement. Always, the devil is in the details. But I do not have to worry when Mark is on the job. Lastly, Mark Hart always carries a little humor with him to every meeting with every party. A little levity goes a long way to bring a bit of joy to every encounter and to diffuse the seriousness of life's major decisions.
