Mark Hart was not only respectful but empathetic to the sellers' needs as they were moving to assisted living residence, at the same time negotiating a good deal for me as the buyer. This is the type of situation that could have went awry at any time, but because of Mark Hart's people skills everything went smoothly. For both the buyer or seller of a home Mark Hart stands out as one who knows the market and has the people skills to consummate a good deal. Besides this, he likes to win!
