Mark told me exactly how to make my bid - told me he knew that the owner would decide that night rather than reject all bids - because he knew exactly how the contracting realtor operated.... there was even another bid on the house before close of business, and still, after listening to Mark, I won the bid. You can trust Mark to know what he is doing.
