Buyer reviewTalk about a journey, me and my wife started looking for a home over a year and a half ago and approached Mark to help us. Over that time period we must have visited over 30 ish properties and just finally closed on a home a couple weeks ago. At every step of the way Mark was there to give us the information on each property or make calls to find out if he didn't. He sacrificed many hours on evenings and weekends to show us properties we'd be potentially interested in. Buyer reviewMark happened to be in the office when we walked in. My wife and I could tell immediately we could work together to find a house in the area. He took the time to listen to our needs and we visited several homes that same day. Marks knowledge of the area, his good nature and his ability to make things happen were all terrific and we're paramount in us finding and negotiating on a house. We we're camping at the Spearfish campground while all of this was happening. All the time he spent with us and even picking us up at the campground on several occasions to show us another prospective home was truly appreciated. We couldn't be happier with Mark and would highly recommend him to anyone in the need of a Realtor.
