I have proudly been going above and beyond for our military service families for over a decade. Our heroes deserve to be served with dignity and honesty and I believe that my local market expertise and my professionalism as a Realtor turns each transaction into a lasting relationship that extends beyond closing. I personally work throughout the Marion and Citrus County areas of north central Florida and proudly call this area home. I am a Florida native and have lived in multiple cities throughout this great state. Seller reviewMark helped us through a drawn on sales process due to the lenders bank and was not annoyed by my weekly "update" emails. Was able to talk us through the process as it is completely different than what we are used to in the North. Due to the delay by the buyer, we needed to close the house up and go back North and we concerned about the pool appearance when the closing did occur. Mark offered to go to the house and "shock" the pool for us so the walk-through would go well. One less thing we needed to worry about and the offer was greatly appreciated.
