He was quick to search for answers to my questions. To his advantage, Mark is not a high pressure realtor and he is friendly and down to earth. Buyer reviewMark had the listing on the property located at 6065 French Gulch RD, CDA. I found the listing while searching on Realtor.com. I had never met Mark and called him initially to ask some questions. Without making a commitment at this point to have him represent us we flew up and met both Mark and Kurt for a viewing. Mark answered all of our questions and went the extra mile to research information such as local pool builders, utility expenses, etc. After the viewing we elected to have Mark represent us and present what we felt was a reasonable offer to the sellers. Much to our delight the offer was accepted with just a few changes. During the escrow period Mark communicated on a regular basis and even did a video of the final walk-through as I was unable to attend. Mark goes well beyond the "call of duty" to the point of making sure things like lawn mowers were moved into the garage for safe-keeping and making sure things like TV's were all working correctly. My wife is a Real Estate Broker in So. California so I have seen many deals over the years and this has to be one of the smoothest I've ever seen. Also a shout out to Dan Stubbs at Idaho Independent Bank for the processing of our loan.

Buyer reviewMark Parisot was very knowledgeable and thorough when we were considering placing offers. He researched what was in the local area and let us know what he felt were reasonable offers and counter offers. As a first time home buyer the whole process of buying a home was overwhelming but Mark walked us through the process and did not leave us hanging at any time. It was very much appreciated!! At the end our signing was held up for several days, It turned out the seller had not completed several items the appraiser wanted before he would sign off. Mark went out and personally made sure the items were completed since the seller was out of area by that time. To me this is well above what any other realtor would have done! I would be more that happy to recommend Mark Parisot as a realtor for anyone looking to buy a home but especially for new home buyers. He makes the overwhelming process not so scary or stressful.
