Good listings are hard to find here in San Diego right now so it was really nice how Mark helped position me in such a strong position as a buyer. At one point I had my pick of 3 seperate units in the same complex that I was very interested in. This is unheard of here in SD in the current market of bidding wars over units available. Mark communicated with me every step of the way. As a first time buyer I had many questions and concerns, Mark answered all of them in a timely and comprehensive way that was easy to understand. Mark handled all the details perfectly and I never had to redo anything. Mark is a competent and skilled buyers representative who gently reminded me this is business and to keep on point.
