He has excellent local market knowledge and was able to price our condo (and attract showings and offers) far above our best expectations for a sale price. We initially set out to find a decently priced fixer-upper in a specific neighborhood, but after learning we were pregnant, we decided to expand our search and look only at ready to move in properties.
