After growing up in the Main Line Suburbs of Philadelphia, I moved to Center City Philadelphia at age 19. I always wanted to be in real estate, which led me to buy my first investment property in 2002. With my wife, who is a historian, I share a love of fine food, dancing, and historic architecture and properties. We also volunteer as Presidents of our local Library Friends group to help enrich neighborhood youth and families. Helping people move forward in life, with a property sale or purchase, is a great honor and something I am passionate about!

Seller reviewMark and the office were right on top of things in our property settlement. This property is now in the hands of a nice young man and his ladyfriend. Mister Turner is a perfect gentleman in every respect, he was extremely helpful at every turn. Although there were some delays on the side of the young man who bought the house, in the end everything worked out. In the spring I will be returning to Philadelphia to oversee the sale of my own property. Mister Turner will be my agent. I am also giving his contact information to my sister and her group of friends who will be selling their own properties in the coming year. I feel I can totally rely on Mister Turner to be my advocate and make sure everything is to my benefit in the sale of the house.

I expected to get less than seventyfive thousand for my house, because of the condition it was in, and instead he was able to find more than one hundred and ten thousand dollars. I am still amazed and pleased. I will be asking Mark to help me sell my next house before the end of this year. Anyone that thinks they might be moving, he should absolutely ask Mark to take care of them. If you don't you're crazy.
