After growing up in the Main Line Suburbs of Philadelphia, I moved to Center City Philadelphia at age 19. I always wanted to be in real estate, which led me to buy my first investment property in 2002. With my wife, who is a historian, I share a love of fine food, dancing, and historic architecture and properties. We also volunteer as Presidents of our local Library Friends group to help enrich neighborhood youth and families. Helping people move forward in life, with a property sale or purchase, is a great honor and something I am passionate about!

Seller reviewMark Turner was suggested to me by my contractor, who gave him rave reviews. Once I met Mark, he appeared to be very thorough and quite clear, concise and knowledgeable. Prior to signing any agreements, Mark did a thorough presentation as to how he would market my property... His presentation was the catalyst to go forward with the contract. I was glad that I did because Mark absolutely exceeded my expectations. Mark Turner has a very outgoing personality, very easy to talk to and quite patient when bombarded with a barrage of questions. He takes his time to explain and makes sure that you are satisfied with the explanation and that you understand the details. Through the sale of my property, Mark was my main point of contact, and he kept me completely informed with every step of the process. Mark was a pleasure to work with.

It is really true and Mark is just the best. The help I got from Mark and Century 21 were so important, I had never thought I would have to sell my home, but he really saved me from making mistakes that would have really cost me. I am very grateful for Mark and his help with the way the sale went. He always was very informative and brought me a better price than I thought I could get.

Seller reviewMy friend spoke very highly of Mister Turner. From the beginning his recommendations all turned out to be true. I took some time to see it but it is true what he said from the first conversation we had. I was stubborn with Mister Turner in the beginning but he is very patient, and was consistent and worked very hard for me no matter what to sell my house. I wish I didn't have so much in the way of unpaid bills but that was not Mister Turners doing. But he did get more than enough in the price to take care of everything and get a great price for me too. I went wayward in the middle, and some of those cash buyers contacted me and I almost lost a lot of money before coming back to Mister Turner. He got a better price in the end and saved me from being taken for a ride by fast talking investors. Please everybody out there don't be fooled by people what wave quick cash in your face, call Mister Turner instead and you will make out better, I proved it myself.
