Seller reviewMark was as close to the perfect realtor as you can get. He is honest and he worked hard for me. I have purchased and sold 2 homes in my life, and I can tell you that honesty and a good work ethic in realtors are difficult qualities to find. He always kept communication open, making me aware of showings as well as every step of the sale process. His overall real estate knowledge cannot be beat. His knowledge concerning the marketing of my property was a great asset, for he knew and relayed to me exact deadline dates we needed to meet in order to maximize electronic and paper viewing. He was knowledgeable on inspections/upgrades and helped us decide what changes would help sell the property. I thank God, then Mark Williams for the sale of my property and I will refer him as the best realtor in town. Laura McNeese was also wonderful to work with!
