Mark was a wealth of knowledge, having lived in Greeneville his whole life. He is extremely well connected and he is highly thought of by all we came in contact with during our initial home purchase and since. His attention to details is unmatched. When questions were asked, he found the answers. Even if that meant going over to the property during the inspection period to check on things that just didn't make sense. For instance the HVAC system was not cooperating with the inspector, the sellers said it had been working flawlessly and were able to turn it on. Mark called a day or so later and said, " I am over at your house, I have been here for 30 min or more turning the air on and checking vents, it's cooling and seems to be working properly." This to me was so above the call of duty. We lived and hour and a half away and he knew that this was important to us! He also, when writing the offer, checked comps around and made what I refer to as a great case for the price we offered. Again, his experience and expertise at work. He came and met us when checks or papers needed to change hands. This was very helpful. He also answered all phone calls and all questions which were numerous! He talked us over hurdles and through our unique situation of needing space also for a mother in law. He listened to us lament and labor over every house we saw with patience and kindness. From day 1, we trusted and felt secure with Mark ! He is a true professional in every since of the word! He is also an extremely nice man grounded in faith and family. We have texted and called him since the sale numerous times and he has offered advice for all areas of home improvement recommending local businesses. Everyone knows and respects Mark Williams. Mark understood our time frame and our needs. He worked tirelessly to see that we got the house that was best suited for us. He became our first friend in our new location.

I knew implicitly that I could trust him 100% to take good care of my family and me in the course of selling our home, and my instincts proved to be absolutely correct. Over the course of my life I have had the opportunity to buy and sell 7 homes with the help of many highly skilled professionals, but none of them can hold a candle to Mark Williams. He has been a godsend to us at a very difficult time in our lives, and I thank the Lord for his steady guidance in our time of need. We cannot thank him enough!!!
