Seller reviewAs a first-time home buyer, Marla demonstrated her knowledge in a gentle and honest approach that allowed me to make informed decisions during the selection and purchase of my home. Following a job change, getting married, and moving out of the area, I had no hesitation to call and ask Marla for her help and guidance. It was her willingness to go above and beyond during this time of providing guidance how to finish home renovation projects before putting the home of the market that provided me a sense of reassurance and ease. From buying, renovating, and selling my home I so appreciated Marla's care, quick communication, knowledge, honesty, and patience. She is an amazing resource that I would recommend to anyone buying or selling a home!

Seller reviewMarla is a fantastic realtor she is knowledgeable of all the important stuff of selling a home or buying. She is smart and when she says that you can get a certain price it is what she quotes or more in our case we got more but it was in the range she told us it would go for. She knows her stuff . I give her a A + or a 110% grade, she works hard and she does a fantastic job and a very very good person in general. I feel she should be awarded a golden award for her work she is awesome realtor and person. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking to buy or sell there home cause she is the best!! Very satisfied will Marla !!! Couldn't ask for a better realtor or friend! A+ service.

Seller reviewMarla went above and beyond to assist me in understanding contracts and process. She even included my daughters in the process by communicating regularly and sending copies of all paperwork via email to them. Marla knew I was uncomfortable with having strangers in my house and stayed with me during the time the inspector was at my house so I wouldn't be alone.

Buyer reviewWe actually stumbled upon Marlas services initially because she represented the seller of the home and we weren't looking to working with anyone at the time. However, she really impressed us with her excellent service and professionalism. We loved how easily she could be reached to answer our questions.
