"A comfortable house is a great source happiness. It ranks immediately after health and a good conscience." That quote by Sydney Smith was a favorite of mine long before I entered the real estate industry. It simply expressed the way I wanted to feel about my own home. My goal is to provide comfort and happiness on all levels of the transaction with which I'm involved. Real estate became a career after over 20 years in office administration. I love if for the satisfaction it bring to not only help people, but to allow a flexible schedule so I can pursue my family and volunteer interests. As part of a national franchise, I can offer my sellers a unique reporting system that show them not only what websites potential buyers are searching on, but also whether they are local or out of town. We also feature our homes through additional advertising on a large variety of websites (electronic searches have become the preferred method for home buyers to search). In this industry, education is important both for myself and for buyers. I've been involved in Home Buyer Work shops for 7 years to help first time buyers. I have an information packet that I provide to help folks understand the process of purchasing a home. Every year, I try to show appreciation to my clients and customers. I hold a luncheon/movie for them. From time to time, I also send out items of interest on a wide range of subject that gives information on a wide variety of subject. Real estate is a fascinating business. My fellow Realtors area a pleasure to know and work with. And everyone of my clients and customers are just the best.
