My father worked alongside Marsha Nation at Century 21 prior to his death in 1988. He spoke highly of her as a coworker. When it was time to sell our family home that Dad and Mom had built back in the 1970's, it was an easy decision to ask Marsha Nation to be our agent. My siblings and I got to witness firsthand the professionalism and friendly personality that our father had spoke of years ago. While I was the sibling that had the responsibility of signing all negotiation/ transaction paperwork as the official successor trustee of our mother's estate, I wanted my brother and sister to be active participants in the decision-making process. Marsha Nation went above and beyond by including all three of us siblings in emails and text messages regarding the sale of the home. She welcomed the three of us to meet in her office. Instead of answering just one seller's questions, she was answering three! She was very considerate of our wishes. Marsha Nation walked my siblings and me step-by-step through the process of selling our childhood home. She was compassionate to our needs. She explained things clearly by highlighting, reprinting, pulling up information/ photographs on her computer and speaking in terms we could understand. Marsha has earned our complete trust, respect, and gratitude.

We have considered Marsha Nation ever since we moved back from Lake Tenkiller. We purchased a home she was selling. Our realtor couldn't be present and Marsha handled it all beautifully. She is very knowledgeable and professional while putting out a comfortable personal touch on the process. Wouldn't recommend anyone else. We absolutely wouldn't use any other realtor.
