Buyer reviewI am a first time homeowner and so I wanted someone who could help me and my wife from beginning to end. Marsh met all of these requirements and then some. She was always readily available anytime I had questions, day or night. And she was always extremely helpful and gave advice which I feel was invaluable to myself, being a first time home buyer. I would recommend Marsha to anyone seeking to buy or sell a home.

Seller reviewI had met her at my home just after I selected a family friend for my broker. (serious mistake) I told Marsha I would keep her in mind if I had to change agents, and of course I did have to make a change. Many people in the area knew of Marsha and had nice things to say about her. I wish I had chose her from the beginning. Marsha was my first line of contact, I had only spoke with office staff a couple of times. I was out of state throughout the entire process. We worked extremely well with each other. She constantly kept me up to date with all aspects of the sale. She called me when there was trouble with the water well leaking. She met with the plumber to arrange repairs. I wish I had been lucky enough to have hired Marsha from the beginning. The house was on the market for 9 months prior to Marsha getting involved. Thank you Marsha Nation....
