Seller reviewMartha, simply took excellent care of me. She came in suggested what I should and should not worry about doing to prepare the house for the market. Martha was able to take what was gong to be a tremendously stressful situation for me, and helped make it manageable. Now that I have worked with her, it would not be possible for me to look elsewhere for an agent. Martha's energetic personality and dedication to her clients makes it possible for them to trust her and let her lead us to the best outcome. I really do believe that without Martha, this would have been a very unpleasant experience for me. I am truly grateful for her hard work and compassionate presence throughout the entire process. Martha worked hard not just for herself, but for me as well. I wish I had used her on the purchase of this same property.

Seller reviewMartha always gives 100% of what she does and then goes beyond that. She is so knowledgeable about each area we went to to look for other houses. She sold the condo in just 3 hours time. Condo looked great with her telling me what to put in and what to take out. She makes everything so uncomplicated and explains each step along the way. She is not only a great realtor but an even greater person which in turn makes her such an awesome realtor. Martha sold this condo in 3 hours. The person she selected for pictures was awesome. She was always available for me for any questions. Martha was so helpful, knowledgeable, kind and very friendly. I know she was also working on other contracts but she made me feel like I was her only customer. She is amazing. So many good qualities that makes her amazing!! Martha is the one you want to have on your team!! She makes impossible things possible!!
