She always had our best interest in mind from the initial viewing of property through final closing of the purchase. She was extremely knowledgeable in what items needed to be addressed and was instrumental in negotiating the best purchase price and additional amendments to the purchase contract. She was always on time and always available for questions and concerns throughout our purchase. She constantly kept us updated on the progress of inspections and maintained liaison with all organizations required for the purchase of the property. I would enthusiastically recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a property.
