Buyer reviewMary Ann was the perfect broker for us. We went through quite an ordeal when we had an offer accepted and were in a contingent/pending state for quite some time. We were terribly disappointed when it fell through, but Mary Ann was appropriately honest with us about moving on and helped provide us the support and positive energy needed to find a house we ended up liking better! We could not have had a better experience or better service from Mary Ann and would recommend her highly to all our friends and family.

She made sure we were comfortable with everything we signed and all of our transactions. She made us feel like she had our best interest in mind. We had worked with an agent in the past who made us feel like he just wanted to make a sale and collect his commission. This is definitely not the case with Mary Ann.
