MaryAnn helped us get the property sale closed during the immediate aftermath of Hurricane Ida. She went above and beyond helping us in many ways that wasn't even part of her contract. MaryAnn became a friend during the whole process and she really had our best interest in mind throughout.

Mary Ann Patton was great with communication and very prompt. We were able to look at the house we ended up buying the day it went on the market! Mary Ann was very patient with explaining all of our options during this process. We are first time home buyers so we had a lot of questions and concerns and she helped us through all of them. She had to do a lot of "hand holding" with us and we really appreciated that extra touch and support. She always made herself available to us (basically 24/7) which helped lower our anxiety about things. We feel like she went above and beyond to ensure we were able to buy our dream home! There were certainly hiccups along the way, but majority of it was out of our/her control. Mary Ann was able to empathize and help us guide us through rough patches.
