I have been an agent since 2014. I am passionate in helping buyers and sellers get to where they want to be when it comes to owning property. Whether you are a first time home buyer, needing to upsize, wanting to down size, or an investor in both homes and commercial properties, I can help. I am here for you through the buying or selling process from the day we meet to the closing table and I always hope that we will NOT just be clients, BUT Friends. I have lived in the area for over 40+ years, I know and watch the market closely. I work the outlying area of Bismarck and Mandan and have been raised on small town values. I belong to several community groups, deliver meals on wheels for the senior center and am involved with the Realtor board and other Realtor events that we do to help our community and raise awareness especially for our kids in the community. Seller reviewSeveral times Mary Ohlhauser during the sale process she went beyond the typical services of a realtor. When we hit a couple of road blocks, she was able to research on the internet and find service providers we needed. We appreciated the extra effort on her behalf.
