I have been an agent since 2014. I am passionate in helping buyers and sellers get to where they want to be when it comes to owning property. Whether you are a first time home buyer, needing to upsize, wanting to down size, or an investor in both homes and commercial properties, I can help. I am here for you through the buying or selling process from the day we meet to the closing table and I always hope that we will NOT just be clients, BUT Friends. I have lived in the area for over 40+ years, I know and watch the market closely. I work the outlying area of Bismarck and Mandan and have been raised on small town values. I belong to several community groups, deliver meals on wheels for the senior center and am involved with the Realtor board and other Realtor events that we do to help our community and raise awareness especially for our kids in the community. Buyer reviewWe could not have asked for a better realtor than Mary Ohlhauser She has gone above and beyond to help us purchase our home despite several hiccups along the way. We had some problems with our first loan officer that were holding up our progress with buying and she managed to find us a new loan officer who had pretty much all our problems solved in about a week. If we purchase anymore property in the future, we would love to work with Mary again.
