Seller reviewThis was a difficult sale as it was for an estate with a family spread across the US. Maryann did an excellent job looking out for the best interests of the family and communicating with everyone as we progressed. An example would be when a potential buyer took something out of the house that did not belong to him. Maryann insisted that he return it, and he eventually did. I truly believe this would have been next to impossible to sell if not for Maryann. I would highly recommend her for tackling even the most difficult situations. The house was under contract at least 3 times before actually selling. I commend her for perseverance and her professionalism. She is a real asset to Century 21.
