Maryann is very straightforward and professional; my sale was a bit odd in that I was splitting the proceeds due to a death of my Mom. Otherwise I would have likely held out for more money. Maryann was understanding and helpful thru this process.

Of the properties that I inquired about based on my online research, Maryann was the only one who contacted me quickly, it took other agents 2-3 days to respond. Maryann was there for me as her client. It was an absolute pleasure and I have to say, a lot of fun looking at places with her. She's probably one of the few real estate agents that looks at properties as if she was doing the purchase too, this is very important. Her accessibility was amazing, this is what I found to be one of the best things about working with her. She responded either via phone call, text message and email, and she backed up everything with an email.
