The prospective buyer and his agent were difficult to deal with and not easy to communicate with. Mary Ann did an excellent job of interpreting and keeping lines of communications open through some very trying negotiations. She was instrumental in closing on the property in a timely fashion. She maintained her professionalism at all times despite a number of provocations from both the buyer and his agent. I don't think anyone could have handled the sale better. As I stated before, Mary Ann is the consummate professional. She keeps in touch, has a lot of good ideas concerning the marketing of properties, and is quick to return calls when you have a question.
