My late husband, David use to do all of the handling of our previous sales. He was a real gentleman and handled all the details except he let me decide what personal items of mine I wanted to keep or what purchases I wanted to make for the new house. Maryann made going from a large house to an apartment much easier than I though possible. Maryann did everything that I expected her to do and even more like helping with the final clean out before the walk thru. She also helped with dealing with my unhelpful relatives in PA.
