Seller reviewMarybeth has handled several transactions for me in the past 5 years. I called one person, Marybeth. I hired her not the Broker. I put the property on the market last year and quickly realized I needed to upgrade my septic system. I took it off the market planning on listing again this summer. Marybeth sold the property before we listed to someone she met at an open house in another town. Very impressive, Marybeth sold a house not yet on the market to a family she did not know in a town the family was not looking at! Marybeth's advice and counsel was critical at closing. Her thoughts on price in advance ended up being within 2%.

Buyer reviewI know Mary Beth personally and also from others about her work ethic and her knowledge Mary Beth was awesome in every aspect of my process from the very beginning selecting houses to look at through putting the right bid in and how to negotiate. Anytime I needed an answer about contracts, deposits xcetera she answered right away. She kept me focus on important details and in the end I made a great choice. Mary Beth is always therefore any help I needed. She is knowledgeable professional and very approachable about anything I needed. I asked her opinion many times on what to do during the process and she gave me her opinion and I value that because I trust her completely. In my eyes if Mary Beth is a Century 21 Kierman Realty agent they must be good! I didn't think I would make it through this process because the market was so unfavorable to buyers Mary Beth made it great!

Buyer reviewMarybeth did a superb job finding me the correct home. I have one leg, my handicap required specific hard to find needs in a narrow geographic area. Marybeth showed me 25 houses before I found just what I required. Her recommendations were spot on when it came time to make an offer. At every step Marybeth had an extraordinary attention to detail. Often she noted things that I missed. This is the third property I have done with Marybeth, the previous two were sales. I called only one agent for help, I never considered anyone else. I hired Marybeth, not the company she works for. I am sitting in my new home because of Marybeth's counsel and expertise.
