Matt was the absolute best choice for us! He was not pushy, as most are. He also respected our choice of home with no criticisms and push for a 'bigger sale'. Matt makes himself available at a moments notice, and we were so impressed with how he handled our home offer! He had a previous appointment, but stayed with us to complete the offer, AND IT WAS ACCEPTED! There were other offers made within 48 hours of ours, and had he not taken the time to assist us, we may not have had our offer accepted - he is AMAZING! I am planning on purchasing other properties in the future, and will not give it a second thought to contact Matt!
