Matt Lee is an excellent realtor to have on your side while looking for a new place to live or for the sale of your current residence. I worked with Matt for over a period of 16 months. Went and looked at plenty of places. Put in plenty of offers also. Matt was always good with when I was available to go to look at a place that was for sale. He was available for my phone calls and texts at all times during the days and weekends. He was always nice and professional and willing to meet to show me a new place. He worked with me and made plenty of suggestions as to what I should offer or what to look for. He is very knowledgeable at his job and was fabulous to work with. I am very happy with the experience of working with Matt Lee in the selling of my residence and in the long process it took me to find a new place to live.
