When we first met with Matt McLennan we were pleased to learn of his extensive and successful real estate experience and particularly in the Merrimack Valley area. We were initially unsure of when to list our property and met with Matt several times to discuss. Throughout the process, Matt was patient, never pressured us to list before were ready. He gave advise, pros and cons of timing, listened to our concerns and guided us thoughtfully along the way. Once our home was listed and was under contract, Matt kept in touch with us consistently until and after the closing. Matt was professional in all aspects of this venture.
