Buyer reviewWe worked previously with Matt when purchasing our first home. When we decided it was time to move on, we knew we wanted to work with him again. We found a property we loved, but there were a lot of things that needed to happen to get us in there. Matt followed up on all the details, even when my head was spinning. His knowledge of his business and out-of-the-box thinking proved invaluable to the securing of our new home. He was also able to schedule inspections and closings around our schedules, which wasn't an easy task. We would absolutely recommend working with Matt to anyone looking into buying or selling a home.

Seller reviewMatt Mclennan has high energy and is enjoyable to be around. He doesn't panic but just fixes things as they come up. We were new to the process of selling a house. Although we were nervous at times, the sale went smoothly. I feel that Matt was available and responsive to our needs. I liked that Matt took a personal and not overly business manor. There were times when we became confused because of our inexperience and we needed a little extra guidance. If I would ever need a broker again I would choose Matt again!

He has all the knowledge a home buyer could ask for and as the owner of McLennan and Associates he even got us a look and had our bid in and accepted before the open house. Matt comes with a sense of humor including well placed gifs and sharp rhetoric. He cares that we're happy in our new home and made the home buying experience a pleasant one. He also must have been a counselor in a past life because he knows how to navigate the sometimes turbulent waters that come with relationships and home buying. What more could you want in a Realtor?
